WINNSBORO – Twelve queens were crowned at the Fairfield County Beauty Pageant on Sept. 28 at Rockton Baptist Church. Contestants competed in casual wear and evening wear. The pageant was produced by Beautifully Blessed Productions. Winners may advance to the NC/SC U.S. United Pageant. Contestants may also advance to Today’s International Woman Pageant.
