WINNSBORO – Fairfield County Director of Veterans Affairs Albertha Woodard was selected as a “Women Making History” award winner by the Order of the Eastern Star, a fraternal organization that consists of a woman’s auxiliary to Freemasonry that promotes charity, truth, and loving kindness.
