BLYTHEWOOD – Beloved sister, mother and grandmother, Pansy Mungo Carter, of Blythewood, passed away on Friday, June 8, 2012, surrounded by family, at the age of 78. She was born March 2, 1934 in Dillon, S.C. to Jack and Naomi Tolar. She was predeceased by her husband of 12 years, Lawrence Carter, in September 2010.
