Courthouse improvements

WINNSBORO – Advantage Outdoors construction company out of Gilbert has spent the last few weeks laying sewer lines to the Courthouse for two new restrooms on the second floor near the courtroom. The work is part of the improvements being made in the approximately $5 million renovation of the historic Robert Mills building.
