Raising the Roof –
Major renovations have begun on Congress Street in Winnsboro at the Wolfe House, the house where Bernard Baruch’s wife, Annie Griffin, grew up. The house is currently owned by Michelle Girard. Mays Contracting, of Newberry, is at work replacing the roof and repairing the decks.
