Lady Bengals beat Fort Mill

FORT MILL – The BHS girl’s tennis team picked up another win on Monday night. They hit the road to Fort Mill and returned boasting a 5-1 win. Erica Zippel, Hannah Myers, Jordan Slagle and Emma Horan picked up victories in singles. Kinsey Todd and Rachel Truitt finished the night strong in the doubles.

Bengals take second at region meet

IRMO – The Blythewood girls and boys teams claimed second place in the region 4-5A championship meet. The boys tallied 46 and the girls scored a 47.   BLYTHEWOOD – The Lady Bengals kept the momentum rolling in their Tuesday night matchup against region foe Irmo. The Bengals swept the Yellow Jackets in a three set affair. The win bumped the Bengals overall record to 17-12 and they still boast a perfect 4-0 record in region play.

Bengals Cheer finishes 2nd at Okra Strut Invitational

IRMO – The Blythewood Varsity Competitive Cheer team finished 2nd place behind River Bluff High School at the Okra Strut Invitational on September 29, 2018 at Irmo High School. The Lady Bengals will travel to River Bluff High School on Oct. 6 for Battle at the Bluff.
