WINNSBORO – Winnsboro Municipal Court Judge William D. Robinson, III, right, was sworn in for a second term by Town Clerk Patti Davis (at right) at the Winnsboro Town Council Meeting on July 18.  Mayor John McMeekin held the Bible for the swearing in ceremony. Robinson has served as Municipal Judge since July of 2019.
