Richard Winn junior Lila Smith was awarded SCISA Class A All-Region and named to the SCISA Class A All-Star team. The Class 1A North team went 5-0 on the day, defeating 2A North, 2A South, 1A South, 3A North and 4A North.

Griffins hold off Wildcats for Round 1 win

WINNSBORO – Fairfield Central breezed past Ninety Six in the first round of the SCHSL 2A State Playoffs last Friday with a 28-7 final.
