WINNSBORO – In anticipation of its grand opening on Wednesday, Feb. 24, Food Lion has been steadily updating the outside and inside of the former Bi-Lo store. Food Lion held a hiring event on Feb. 17.

Going Up

BLYTHEWOOD – Grading has begun on construction of the Arden Place Apartments next to the IGA shopping plaza in Blythewood. The 48 residential unit building is expected to be completed in the fall, with leasing to begin before the end of the year.

Chamber Presents Awards

Pediatric services open in Ridgeway

BLYTHEWOOD – All town of Blythewood business licenses expire on December 31, according to Blythewood Town Clerk Melissa Cowan. The deadline for applying for a renewal of those licenses, without incurring penalties, is April 15.
