WINNSBORO – Element Electronics hosted an Element Cares event two weeks ago, distributing 100 meals in downtown Winnsboro. On hand to assist with the distribution were representatives from Element Electronics, officials from the Town of Winnsboro and Fairfield County Economic Development, and SC House Representative Annie E McDaniel.
