BLYTHEWOOD – Mayor Bryan Franklin presented a proclamation from the Town to Blythewood High School Athletic Director Barry Mizzell to honor Mizzell, who was recently named Region 4-5A Athletic Director of the Year. Mizzell moved into the role of Athletic Director in 2016 after serving as the school’s baseball coach since it opened in 2005.
